All referrals must be new candidates to Advantage Medical Professionals and must complete 200 hours to be eligible. The bonus breakdown is as follows:

• RNs and Allied Health Professionals: $500/$500
• LPNs: $250/$250
• CNAs: $150/$150
• Earn an extra $150 if your referral extends with us!*  

*Eligibility:

• Referrers must have activity within the last 18 months:
  • Referred a clinician who worked a contract, or
  • Worked a contract as a clinician.
• Both clinicians and non-clinicians are eligible.

Bonus Details:

• $150 bonus per referred clinician’s contract renewal.
• No cap on bonuses as long as eligibility is maintained.

Definitions:

• Activity: A referred clinician worked a contract, or the referrer worked a contract within the last 18 months.
• Contract Renewal: A referred clinician extends their current contract.

Tracking and Payment:

• Referrals and renewals will be verified via internal systems.
• Bonuses are paid after contract renewal confirmation.

Additional Terms:

• Advantage Medical Professionals may audit referrals and eligibility.
• The program may be modified or terminated without notice.
